An excellent question!As our reader wrote in her letter, it’s sometimes a daunting task to stay neutral when you are always in the middle of the situation you’re wanting to stay neutral about.Your body is always with you. Wherever you go, there it is. You cannot escape it! It’s a fact of your life.The only way to escape your body, obviously, is to die. But we don’t want you to die until you’re good and ready to go.So, friends, we seem to have a dilemma, don’t we?But, really, this is not a dilemma at all.Let’s take a look at one ordinary day in your lives. In the course of that day, you encounter all sorts of situations and information you may not resonate with. Perhaps even situations and information you start feeling depressed about. Especially if you linger too long in the negative feelings.For example, your mainstream news media. We are not advising you to avoid your news media entirely. But it would behoove you to limit your diet, if you will, of all the “bad” news your media love to report.So, yes, we would urge you to nurture a genuine concern and compassion for your sisters and brothers throughout the planet who are suffering. And we would urge you to assist them in whatever ways you feel drawn to do.But, in that process of helping others, it’s absolutely essential for you to stay peaceful and centered in your alignment with your higher self. To even feel a sense of deep joy in the midst of the suffering others around you are experiencing.You are no good to anyone if you walk into their pain with them. You are of use to them only when you come to them in their pain from your own higher place of peace and joy. You do not uplift others by feeling their pain. You uplift others by feeling your joy.And then your vibration of joy will begin to transmute their pain, and to help them see there is a way out of their suffering.It’s all about vibration. Your higher vibration of joy will ease their lower vibration of pain into a higher place. Therefore, the best way you can help others is to be happy, to seek your own joy first.Now, everything we have just said applies to your own physical bodies. If your body is distressed or dis-eased in any way, you cannot help it by focusing on its problems. You can help it only by focusing on the solutions. That is, focusing on relieving the distress and dis-ease.You do that best by getting out of your body’s way. As we’ve said many times before, your body knows how to heal itself. It knows its natural state is one of balance, perfect health and well-being.The only thing — the only — thing keeping your body from its natural state is you!Yes, we realize your body is always with you. You can’t get away from it. (Nor would you want to until you decide to leave.) But it’s entirely possible for you to stay out of your body’s way.If you find it difficult to focus on restoring your body to perfect health when it is in a state of imbalance, then practice taking your thoughts off your body.Think thoughts that feel good. You are, after all, in control of your thoughts. So think good thoughts — whatever feels good and brings you pleasure.We are not saying to deny your body’s current condition. We are saying to ignore your body’s current condition.Keep your focus and your thoughts on health, on having a healthy body.And if you find that too daunting, simply take your thoughts off your body entirely.Do whatever it takes to feel good. Spend time with a beloved pet, make love with someone special, go for a walk in the gentle rain, fix yourself a delicious dinner, watch a funny movie. You get the idea.As we just said, do whatever it takes to make yourself feel good. And when you feel good, only good can come to your body. This morning I got up early because we received more snow last night and I decided to take advantage of the crisp air and opportunity to be alone for a while. I bundled up and headed out with my snow scraper in hand.While shoveling, I thought about what has transpired in my life this year … where I was 12 months ago, where I am now, and where I want to be in a year. Earlier this year, I put an intention into the Universe to guide me to my divine purpose. There was something missing that I needed in order to feel complete. After handing my intention over, I started to visualize myself being surrounded by warm, caring people dedicated to helping me achieve success and sense of purpose, and reminded myself daily to remain open to any opportunity that might present itself.Each day I woke up “knowing” that my answer would come, and with this knowing, I felt a sense of calmness. I was more relaxed. I smiled more and did not hesitate to speak to strangers and offer them a hand when needed. I kept my mind open, listened more closely and focused more on giving than on receiving.The Universe responded in kind. Many generous, loving people were drawn into my life and together we have shared in a wonderful journey of self-growth, enlightenment and amazing successes. During the past month, I became caught up in the daily stresses of work. I started thinking, there is never enough time, there is too much to do, I’m all on my own … and on and on …I adopted the mindset that I was going down and became focused on struggling and racing time. My negative vibration started attracting more of the same and the disparaging results started snowballing. I created an undesirable cycle of events.One of the greatest gifts we have is the ability to choose our thoughts, and thankfully, in the middle of the crisp, cool winter air, I realized that I was creating this reality with my negative thinking. The Universe was merely giving me back what I was sending out.After shoveling, I decided I must change course to attract desired events in my life. I chose not to focus on work’s daily demands but on life and those who mean the most to me.I spent the remainder of my day decorating the Christmas tree with my stepson then taking him out for lunch. I gave him my undivided attention and let him know he is important. I returned to my true purpose. Focusing on others and helping them see their worth in this world. It is important to remember that you have the power to create your reality and this is managed through your thoughts. If you are thinking about a lack of something, you will attract more of this. If you are thinking about something you love, you will attract more of what you love and enjoy.Be aware of what is coming into your life and if it isn’t what you want, review your thought processes and make changes. You have the power.

In Corrogue it is frosty.The earth is heard and unyielding. This reminds me of how our hearts often become. They become cold and we ourselves become frosty. The flow of our energy is blocked. “The soft animal of our body” which is mostly water becomes hard, unmoving and unyielding. Then we enter “times of trouble.”These words “Times of trouble” are from the beautiful song penned by Paul McCartney entitled “Let it Be.” This song goes as follows:-“When I find myself in times of troubleMother Mary comes to meSpeaking words of wisdom, “Let it Be.”Often when we find ourselves in “times of trouble” the last thing we want to do is “let it be.” We want it to be fixed. We want it not to be the way it is right now. We are like Briar Rabbit who fights with the Tar Baby. The more we fight the more entangled we become. One of the greatest lessons in life is the lesson of “letting it be.” This is a lesson from the energy of the Divine feminine. In this song the energy of the Divine feminine is represented by Mother Mary. It could as well be any other wondrous representation of the Divine feminine. In China it might be Quan Ying. In Ireland it might be St Bridget. In Tibet it might be the Goddess Tara. In all times and all cultures she comes to those in trouble if they are allowing.Often in times of trouble we are the ones who create our own trouble.We have not learned the art of non-attachment. This is a great art. It is a lifetimes practice in the avoidance of suffering. In the West we think non-attachment means non-feeling. Essentially it means disinterest. It does not mean you do not care. You can care greatly but be detached from the outcome. Do the best you can do and then let be and let go.Detachment allows for love inaction. This is allowing the free flow of the energy of your body to express in the way it needs. Detachment requires trust and deeper trust. It is the surrender of any outcome to the grace of the Beloved. You simply do not get entangled in the way something turns out. In the vast scheme of things how are you to know. If you worry you attract worry. If you are anxious you attract anxiety. You are a conduit for the energy that you put out. We create your own world. We are all fields of energy vibrating in a vast network of eternal energy. This is the eternal energy of love. We call this by the name God, Goddess, or maybe Universal mind. It doesn’t matter what you call it as it is only “what it is.”Often in “times of trouble” we do not allow the answers to come to us. The heart has hardened and the flow of wisdom of the Divine feminine is blocked. Mother Mary is there waiting. Quan Yin and the Goddess Tara are there waiting. They are always there waiting. It is part of our journey to “be open.” We learn to “let go” and “let God.”Our journey in life is to learn to know who we are. There is a paradox here. We learn to know who we are by knowing who and what we are not. We give up identifying with all that is who we are not. When we let go of who we think we are the Blessing is here. We stop losing our life’s energy. We stop trying so hard to make what is already alright be all right. We stop losing life by refusing to save “our life.”Letting it be is an insult to the ego. It is affronted by the idea that when something is wrong it should not take control. We are simply required to do all that we can do without attachment to results. When we trust the universe we are essentially trusting in ourselves. The deeper the trust the deeper the connection to all there is. The deeper the trust the less trouble you will be in. You begin to know and trust, “What will be will be.” You begin to trust in your ability to co-create. You are as a hollow bamboo and love plays her song through your allowing heart. You become a co-creator of love inaction. This is not “your love” but the play of the Beloved through you.This is wisdom. It is not the wisdom of the ego. Wisdom and ego are separate. Wisdom is. It does not belong to “little me. “It is a free flow of knowing. It is allowing the wisdom of the soft animal of your body to do what it loves.This wisdom comes from the free flow of energy in the body. It is your body of wisdom that flows freely unfrozen by resentment, bitterness, anger, or hatred. These are the energies that block our life force and cause us to be “not at ease.” Wisdom is the refinement of all these “grosser” forms of energy. The word “gross” in this sense is used by way of description and is not to be considered a judgement.We often need to express such energies in a safe and caring environment. Such energies are not to be condemned. They are to be given freedom of expression so “the soft animal of your body” can be in balance again. We need to find our personal Mother Mary’s or our personal Soul Friend or Friends who will be before us in our “times of trouble” and allow us to “let it be.”Their gift to us is non-judgement, non-attachment and non-doing. They sit with your soul. Sometimes they appear fierce because they are not out to flatter your ego but to keep your feet on the path of this journey into love. They teach you the alchemy of transformation. They teach you that you are forever enough. They teach you to “let it be,” “let it go” and “let it God.”They teach you that the Blessing is already here and that you are it. This requires you to know who you are by giving up your attachment to all you are not. You surrender all you think you are and maybe one time you will be amazed. You will be amazed at how beautiful and wondrous you are beyond the prison of ego.

I was talking with a friend this morning about my experience in healing my physical challenge. I then read your article which confirmed everything I had talked to her about on the phone this morning. How uncanny!I have been experiencing heart problems for a while now. Of course, I have been focusing on (them) and feeling anxious about it. Last Friday . . . a friend popped by. She . . . invited me to watch a flamenco show at a restaurant. I gladly took her up on this spontaneous invitation.(At) a table beside us (there were) 12 people . . . laughing, dancing and having a great time! Their vibration was very uplifting and helped to create a shift for (me). My heart pain and headache went away!I soon realized that I needed more joy in my life. I had an imbalance which created the dis-ease in my body.The next day some friends came by unexpectedly. (The boyfriend of one of) my girlfriends had a sore foot . . . and I . . . told him I could do some reiki on his foot.All of us got lost in conversation and laughter. I (hadn’t done) reiki on his foot yet when they were ready to leave . . . (but) he said his foot was fine and he asked me (what I did).I realized then that when I experienced a shift in my vibration the night before at the restaurant, my vibration of joy elevated his vibration to heal.I found myself learning to feel worthy of having more joy in my life. (Also), when feeling more joy in my life, I (find) my financial prosperity increasing.As a lightworker, I don’t have to go out there healing others. I am finding that it is giving to ourselves first which then creates a ripple effect for others. I read in a book that most people who are in the healing field are doing it because they are avoiding their own pain and are not allowing their own emotional needs to be met. That struck a chord with me — learning to meet my emotional needs. I knew what I didn’t want but never really allowed myself to think of what I do want and allowing that to manifest in my life.Chief JosephWe have spoken of joy many times over the years we’ve been working with John. In your field of consciousness, there is a deep sense of eternal, timeless awareness. It is an inner silence. The psychology of well being originates here.Yet the silence is full. Are you tired of hearing about “the shift;” this big shift in consciousness we are supposedly going through right now? Are you tired of hearing about it and now want to actually see and experience it? If this big shift is really occurring, then why does so much of life still seem the same?

Our brains can be a lot like a computer. For purposes of speed, our personal computers have what is known as caches. This is storage of all the web-pages you regularly visit. So that sites come up fast, the cached version of a page will come up at times.

Our brains are a lot like that, too. Let’s say that we walk by a certain building practically every day. At first, we look at it and imprint it on our memories, but after time we stop paying attention to it and instead of actually looking at the building we now just see a cached version of the building which is a composite of all the imprinting we had done the first times we consciously looked at it. Like the computers, our brains do this for the matter of speed and economy.

We do this even with people who are a regular part of our lives. Spending time with someone over long stretches of time, we build composite images of them and we routinely see those images instead of any updated versions. We build a cache of default images that our brains can use very quickly and what happens is we get out of the habit of actually looking and seeing and imprinting.

You see, imprinting takes a little bit of energy; not much, just a little zap. But using cached default images takes no real energy at all. Everything is already on file there in the noggin and all we’ve got to do is click on the default image we want.

This same idea can be applied to thoughts and beliefs and emotions.

So one way of looking at things would be to say that if one is not seeing the shift then one is seeing cached default images instead. By “clearing out our cache” we are coaxing ourselves to open our eyes and see and feel anew. By learning to feel with our eyes and see with our feelings we can stay out of default mode and we can open oourselves to unlimited beauty and joy and undeniable evidence of a very major shift in awareness.

The past two weeks I’ve had some fascinating personal experiences in manifesting. We live in exciting times!

Last week I was looking at a small hard pimple on my thumb. It had been there for years, and I decided I didn’t want it any more. I’m sure the medical people reading this will chastise me, but I decided to cut the thing off. So I got out some alcohol to sterilize things, and a sharp knife. When I was ready to start, I couldn’t find the pimple. Within seconds, it had vanished without a trace! And it hasn’t returned.

Several days before that, I was getting dressed to go out early in the morning before dawn. As I prepared to leave my bedroom, I started toward a lamp on my dresser, intending to turn it off. Before I even got near it, it turned itself off. “Strange!” I thought to myself.

And I’ve had several other such happenings recently.

While these may be trivial events, they powerfully illustrate my point — it seems all I had to do was form the intention, and the universe responded instantly.

William Jennings Bryan said: “Christians desire that their children shall be taught all the sciences, but they do not want them to lose sight of the Rock of Ages while they study the age of rocks.”

It may seem incredible to those who do not know that the Churchians created the Devil as a means of keeping their flock in fear - who also think the Devil is a Pagan concept. The fear of death was not a Keltic concept and they weren’t moved to assign all their wealth to some rich church when they approached death in order to avoid joining the Devil. Some Christian fundamentalists sell the idea that the age of rocks was a way that the Devil sought to lead Christians astray and these same people would have you teach your children the “Rock of Ages” has more veracity than the geology that proves we’ve had a long time on this earth to develop and learn what kind of Divine soul we are blessed with.

ASIATIC LAWS OF UNIVERSALITY IN THE ‘STUPAS’:

In other books I have explored the Dolmen and Round Towers of the ancient megalith Builders which resemble the symbolism of Man as represented in the steeple. They are part of the era after the truly great megaliths were built in places like Stonehenge and Poverty Point. The real meaning behind the form and structure may be similar though. Mircae Eliade was one of the Eranos Conference attendees with Jung and Campbell who I draw much insight from, in my studies. His scholarship is open and elucidative for me and I sincerely hope the reader will enjoy taking a journey with him to Barabudur. It is not easy for those of us in the present intellect-focused or faith oriented theology to integrate all aspects of how we might learn. Perhaps a simple suggestion to leave all preconceptions aside will suffice. So take off your ‘thinking caps’ and put your heart and soul on the front burner while the rose-coloured glasses of ego or faith diminish into the distance.

“On the subject of Barabudur, the famous temple on the island of Java and the most beautiful monument in Asia, whole libraries have been written. Purely technical explanations have been attempted taking account only of the laws of architecture; endless controversies have been joined over the religious and magical meanings hidden in that colossal monument. Dutch Orientalists and architects have published over the past fifteen years books of great value on Barabudur. The names of Krom, Van Erp, and Stutterheim must be mentioned. The last of these, in a work of 1927, laid the foundation for a true interpretation of the temple: ‘Barabudur is nothing less than a symbolic representation of the Universe’. From this intuition Paul Mus’s investigations start. The beginning of his book consists of a history of the controversy, an exposition of the principle hypotheses, and a critique of methods. Examined in turn are theories of the most illustrious India specialists, art historians and architects. Then Mus undertakes to discuss the problem. It must be remembered that this gigantic volume is preceded by an ‘avant-propos’ of 302 pages in which the author establishes the validity of his methodology. In order to justify the symbolic function of the Javanese temple, Mus emphasizes a truth often remarked by Orientalists: that if the Buddha was not represented iconographically for several centuries, it was not due to incapability on the part of Indian artists, but to the fact that a type of representation superior to images was essayed. ‘That would not have been a defeat of plastic art, but rather the triumph of a magical art.’ When an iconography of the Buddha was adopted, the symbolism was poor by comparison. The ‘aniconic symbol’ of Enlightenment (the wheel, etc.) was much more powerful, more ‘pure’, than the statue. Ananda Coomaraswamy also has published evidence for this thesis in his ‘Elements of Buddhist Iconography’. (12) The conclusion to be drawn from this is that Buddhists, as well as Hindus (and Asians in general) {As well as the Sauk Indians we showed are from the area of the Great Wall and were Buddhists before the loss of magic represented by the change to graven images or iconography.} before Buddhism, used symbolism more effectively, precisely because the symbol was more comprehensive and ‘Active’ in the magical sense than plastic representation. If the Buddha was considered to be a god (as he was, in fact, immediately after his demise), then his magical ‘presence’ was preserved in anything emanating from him.” (13)

A human statue or even a Gothic building representing the Temple of Solomon such as the Templars built into European cathedrals, does not convey the same representation of the ‘Universe’ or cosmos that runs through the veins of all living things. Many ancient beliefs were aware that spirit was within minerals and plants too: we are not this attuned and it is hard for us to see the vectors and lattices of energy in all things. Those who have read the ‘Tao te Ching’ or ‘I Ching’ understand a little of these energies that interact and CHANGE or grow with purpose. The ‘Wheel of Life’ in the Tarot is meant to capture some of this magic just as the dreams of North American Indians have been captured in the circular artistic wheels that sell in all so many souvenir stands. But it will be a long time before man again understands his exquisite interconnectiveness. We know too much to see such elegant simplicity of the spirit that is all around us. The Buddhists say ‘All is Within’ and the completion of the phrase is “the UNIVERSE!” I honour all myths that assist the ‘oneness’ in respect of the creative or intelligent design that so many insist is GOD. Here is an excerpt from my book Cherokee People (will return) to consume or cogitate upon.

In a moment we will return to my encyclopedia for more on the Zodiac because the mounds are a way of connecting to the cosmic energy which comes to earth and through which it passes and is part of. For the moment let us re-visit our present book’s early academic (Kenyon) as he actually (surprisingly) opens doors to the trepanning, skull deformation and ‘Obscene Ritual’ (Skull & Bones and the Bush family of Nazi leanings) of the Dragons and other Illuminized cults of elites.

“Let us return, finally, to the burial mounds of Ontario. These appear to be related in some complex fashion to the neolithic revolution. Their primary function, in all probability, was to mark the locations of sacred places and to establish territorial occupation. The sites they occupied were used as ceremonial centres for the loosely organized bands that occupied the surrounding areas (cf. Speck 1915). After spending the winter scattered throughout the band territory in small family groups, the people would assemble at a traditional spot, probably in the spring when fish were spawning or in the fall when beds of wild rice would be ready for harvesting. Only at those periods would food resources have been sufficiently abundant to maintain the entire band at one place.

These assemblies provided an opportunity for social interaction on a broader scale than would have been possible throughout most of the year. It was during such periods, too, that the chiefs and other leaders of the group would discuss band affairs with the various family heads and elders. But above all, such occasions provided an opportunity for all of the band members to participate in those rituals and ceremonies that reaffirmed and sustained community sentiments.

The nature of the ceremonies themselves cannot be determined at present, although we are offered a few tantalizing clues as to the subject matter around which they revolved. Most of the available data are derived, of course, from the burials found within the mounds and in submound pits.

In Northwestern Ontario, {Site of the Nipissing magi and Mediwiwin group who are influenced by Masons of the Christian Mystery School Complex or Rosicrucian Dragons.} the skulls that have openings in their occipital regions are reasonably clear evidence of power transfer. The individuals whose skulls were opened would have had some unusual and highly valued personal characteristics; the occipital openings made it possible to remove their brains and to transfer those characteristics from the dead to the living. This would have been accomplished through a religious ceremony that included eating the brain that was the seat of such wondrous powers. {I detail this in many books - and the modern Thalami research that is showing merit to the Cosmic Thought Field.} The eating, of course, could have been either actual or symbolic. {The Communion and Eucharist is derived from the earlier rituals of this sort. Only the most powerful elites get to eat the thalami for the much needed melatonin, iridium and rhodium.} In either event, the highly valued qualities would not be lost to the band through death but would be preserved through reincarnation. {The living cells as close to still living as possible are most needed and some of the old seers would end their lives during this ritual as they would have known throughout their life – it would happen.}

Such practices were probably much more widespread that the archaeological evidence would suggest at first glance; for we know that highly valued characteristics are often located in organs other than the brain. {Thus the Biblical ‘Devoted Ones’ shown in Cahill’s Gifts of the Jews were harvested for hearts too – as in the Aztec rituals and Moshe who also became impacted by these Dragons like the Prince of Palenque.} Our own western European culture, for example, locates many of its most highly prized characteristics in the heart. The point is that power transfer was probably much more widespread than current data suggest, simply because the removal of most organs for this purpose would have left no skeletal evidence…

One of the major ritual acts of the people, however, was the building of the mounds themselves. For it is almost certainly an error to look upon mound-building primarily in terms of engineering. {Especially the lesser and more mundane imitations of the period he is focused upon.} We must see it, rather, as a by-product of sociological processes; that is, we should look upon mound-building as we look upon the performance of a ballet or drama in our own society. Theatres may arise as a result of our interest in such cultural pursuits but the significance of a ballet or drama resides, surely, in the performance itself. The play’s the thing! Once the mound was built, of course, it would have served, as it does a theatre, as a backdrop for other rituals. For once again, it is through such rituals and ceremonies that human groups are bound together and that individual lives are shaped to ancestral patterns.

The masked and painted skulls from Hungry Hall were part of one such ritual. And when it was over, the skulls, like the props of a drama that had run its course, were tossed rather carelessly into the corner of a grave.” (14)

A numerology report is based on one’s date of birth. While numerology is the study of numbers, it can also be helpful in presenting valuable insight about specific personality traits and characteristics of individuals. By combining the sum of numbers in ones birth date with the sum from numerically-assigned letters of a person’s name, a numerology report can be a prolific guide into one’s past, present and future.

An ancient art and science, numerology is said to have originated by the Greek mathematician, Pythagoras but could date back as far as the Hebrew Kabbalah.

To better comprehend numerology, one must understand the basic foundations:

There are 11 Core Numbers that are utilized in the construction of a Numerology report or chart. The numbers used are 1 through 11, and 22. Equations that form higher numbers are reduced (by adding digits together) until one of the core numbers is attained. The only numbers that cannot be reduced are the Master numbers, 11 and 22. These master numbers reflect a heightened or intensified degree of the core numbers 2 and 4.

In the initial portion of a numerology report, a Life path Number is established by using the 2-digit month, the 2-digit day and the 4-digit year: e.g. mm/dd/yyyy. The Life path is divided into three separate areas of one’s life. Founded on the date of birth, the first life path is correlated to the month of birth. The day of one’s birth is then linked to the second life path. And finally, the last life path number is based on the year of birth. The Life path number describes an individual for what and who he is.

Next, an individual’s FULL birth name is used to further calculate one’s numerology interpretation. Below is a list of the alphabet assigned to specific numeric values:

1 = A, J & S 2 = B, K & T 3 = C, L & U 4 = D, M & V 5 = E, N & W 6 = F, O & X 7 = G, P & Y 8 = H, Q & Z 9 = I & R

Now we’re ready for the Expression, or Destiny Number. The expression number is based on all the letters in an individual’s birth name. The expression number defines talents, and attitudes that one has or has the potential to use. To find the expression number, one must add all the letter values from each name together and then reduce the sum to form a core number.

Since we’ve addressed the Life Path Number, the Expression Number, now we can move on to the Soul Urge Number. The soul urge number is founded by using all the vowels (a, e, i, o and u) from one’s full birth name. Once you’ve arrived at a sum, the number is again reduced to a single core number. This core number becomes your soul urge. The soul urge number, in my own opinion, is a defiant one. This is the number that likes to supersede the Life Path and expression numbers. It is the souls innate desires, attractions and disapprovals.

Palmist, Clairvoyant and Numerologist, Per Hogseth, utilized my birth name and date of birth to compile an elaborate and detailed report in numerology.
